Events Center
Our Events Center will accommodate 300+ people. It contains 12 sixty-inch round tables and 96 folding chairs, with the option of adding additional tables and chairs, as needed, and for an additional cost.
It has a stage that can be used for additional seating or for staged performances. There are also two dressing room spaces available.
Rental Rates: Two Hours $150 – Four Hours $250 – Eight Hours $450
Banquet Hall
Our new Banquet Hall is a great space for special gatherings. It will seat 80 people and has a buffet bar for easier serving. The space also has a small stage that is great for special speakers or entertainment.
The space is also handicap accessible with two large restrooms and parking spaces near the entrance door.
The Banquet Hall also includes a spacious kitchen that has a gas stove, dishwasher, ice maker, and an average size refrigerator.
There is plenty of work space to prepare refreshments for your next special event!

Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is great for meetings and small gatherings. It will accommodate 42 guests with four six-foot-long tables and 32 chairs. There are also two children’s tables with ten children’s chairs for our little guests
The room also has available; a sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a handicap accessible restroom.
The Meeting Room is ready for presentations or classes with a plug-and-play ready 50-inch television and high speed fiber optic wireless internet.
Rental Rates: Four Hours $90 – Eight Hours $130m
Picnic Shelter & picnic pavilion
The picnic shelter will seat approximately 70 people. It is within a fenced area and has a volleyball net available for recreation. The shelter does not have lighting; however, there are electrical outlets available.
The picnic pavilion is near the Nature Trail entrance and in close proximity to the Davie Disc Golf Course.
Rental Rate: $40 for eight hours
Ball Field
The ball field is available to rent, during times when there is not a practice scheduled. The field provides extra recreation for church groups, family gatherings, and other events.
The fee is $20.00 per hour with a minimum rental of 2 hours. Ball field rentals are scheduled by calling Brooks Tollar at (336)813-7980.
